Well that about sums it up. Thanks for reading my first entry...
More? Okay I should talk a little bit more about why I started doing this in the first place. As I said somewhere else I have been painting off and on since 1980 before the internet. Let me restate that. Before the internet. If you wanted to look at well painted miniatures you had to look in White Dwarf or Dragon magazine (at lest for nonhistorical miniatures) and if you wanted advice you had to glean it from the 'Eavy Metal Page in White Dwarf. You might be able to get some help at a convention if you could find one but you were pretty much on your own.
Since the internet arrived, this is no longer the case. You can find many great tutorals online and longs of advice and feedback on web. Try looking at the Reaper , WAMP, or Coolminornot forums just to name a few and you will be overloaded with info as well as a positive support environment.
Some where in the time painting miniatures got a whole lot cooler so I have decided to hide my nerdy geek side no longer and step into the light. Yep I'm a miniature painter. Whew that was tough.
